Shipping Costs

Our U.S. shipping costs are calculated based on your order’s dimensional weight and distance (ZIP code).
The total shipping cost will appear at checkout.
For local hand delivery in the Houston and surrounding areas, we charge a flat fee of $9.99.


Order Processing Time

  • Ready-made products: Processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM CST: Usually delivered the next day (for local delivery).

  • Custom-made products: Processing times vary depending on design and production requirements.
    We’ll always keep you updated by email or text if additional time is needed.


Local Delivery & In-Store Pickup

  • Local hand delivery is available within a 10-mile radius of our Pasadena, TX location.

  • You may also choose in-store pickup at no additional charge.

  • Some extra-large products (such as balloon setups or large piñatas) may not be eligible for shipping or hand delivery.
    These may require on-site setup — additional setup fees may apply.


Shipping Carriers & Methods

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely.
Available shipping options include:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.


Handling Delays & Service Interruptions

If there are any delays (weather, carrier issues, etc.), we’ll notify you promptly.
Our team will work quickly to resolve any issue and ensure you get your items as soon as possible.

🔁 Returns & Cancellations

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most items.

Return Conditions

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

  • Custom or personalized items (such as custom piñatas, T-shirts, pillows, or balloon arrangements) cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Delivery or setup fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
After production or shipping has begun, cancellations may not be possible.


🔄 Exchanges

We accept exchanges for:

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Wrong size, color, or design (if available in stock)
